We want to help you. We can offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our lawyers keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your behalf. We count in six minute increments and round down when in-between them. Detailed time records can be disclosed to our clients upon request. Partner/Director rates fall between NZ$700 and NZ$850 per hour (plus GST) while Senior Associate rates are between NZ$400 and NZ$580 per hour (plus GST). You deal direct with senior specialists and not with paralegals, junior or trainee lawyers.
